Dr. Élida M. Bautista earned her BA in Psychology and Chicano Studies from Claremont McKenna College, and her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan. While on faculty at University of California, San Francisco's (UCSF) Department of Psychiatry, she served as the Director of Clinical Training of the Multicultural Clinical Training Program based at the San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFGH) Child & Adolescent Service. Most recently, Dr. Bautista developed and taught the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program for staff through the UCSF Office of Diversity and Outreach, and led their campus-wide Unconscious Bias training effort. In her spare time, Dr. Bautista serves on a couple of Boards (Women Organized to Make Abuse Nonexistent, Inc and American Psychological Association Minority Fellowship Program). Élida joined Berkeley Haas in January as the Director of Inclusion and Diversity, and is enthusiastic about the efforts already underway and those to come.

Michael Burns is the Chief Diversity Officer for Conduent. Mike joined Conduent after leading diversity globally for all of the institutional businesses of Citigroup. He spent over 13 years in the United States Army, initially serving as a helicopter pilot and civil military advisor with the 101st Airborne Division in support of operations in both Afghanistan and Iraq. He concluded his military career as the Director of Diversity Enrollment and Recruiting for the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. Mike is a successful entrepreneur and former Chief Operating Officer of Medical Information Recoreds LLC, named the 2014 Dell-Intel healthcare company of the year. He has an MBA in Marketing and Communications from Notre Dame; a Masters of Business Management and Leadership from Webster University and Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
