Description: In this Outlook Tips & Tricks session, participants will discover strategies for maximizing efficiency across four key areas: Calendaring, Contacts, Email, and Tasks. The session will be divided into two main focuses:

Communication & Task Management: Participants will learn how to enhance email management and task handling within Outlook. Through interactive exploration, we'll delve into Outlook's core functionalities, emphasizing efficient communication and task organization. From mastering the Email Ribbon to utilizing Quick Access Toolbar shortcuts and exploring Email Backstage features, participants will gain valuable insights to revolutionize their Outlook experience.

Time Management & Contact Organization: This segment will equip participants with essential skills to optimize time management and streamline contact organization using Outlook. We'll cover mastering calendar functionalities and enhancing contact management. Participants will explore key features such as the Dashboard, Calendar Backstage, Ribbon, Quick Access Toolbar, My Day (OWA), and Contacts management tools. Additionally, valuable keyboard shortcuts and notification management techniques will be shared to boost efficiency in these areas.
