Join us on Saturday mornings where we will co-create a safe container for kids (and the whole family!) to explore dreams and creative desires while also learning techniques and tools for smoother transitions in our everyday lives.
We will begin our community gathering with a well-come at the 7:30 am (PST) start time, and then at 7:45 am (PST) we will experience a guided meditation followed by the core teaching topic for the day. Q and A will follow and we will end our program with group discussions and individual sharing.
Our closing will begin at 8:45 am (PST) and the session will end at 9:00 am (PST).
