How do I enroll in a class?

Sign up online at Craftinest.com/Classes or through the Eventbrite app. Once your registration is complete, your seat is reserved.

Do I have to sign up online to reserve a seat?

Yes. Seats are limited and first-come, first-served, so online registration is required to secure your spot.

What do I need to bring?

Please review the class description, as supply requirements vary. Some classes include all materials, while others may ask students to bring basic tools.

Do you provide supplies?

Many classes include supplies in the class fee. If additional items are needed, they will be listed in the class description.

Is there a restroom available?

Yes. Two restrooms are available on site for student use.

What is your cancellation or return policy?

Craftinest does not offer cancellations or refunds for classes.

Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, for emergencies only.  Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled class date. Contact Info@Craftinest.com for any requests.

What happens if I can’t attend my class?

If you cannot attend, contact us in advance. When available, a class kit may be purchased to complete the project at home. Virtual options or reschedule reviews may be requested. Approval is case-by-case based on instructor and class availability.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins to get settled and ready to start creating.

What if I arrive late?

Classes begin on time. Late arrivals are welcome to join, but instructors may not be able to repeat earlier instructions.

Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely! Many Craftinest classes are beginner-friendly, and instructors will guide you step-by-step unless otherwise noted in the class description. You may also have the option to pair with an experienced study as a mentor. Just ask.

Most classes are designed for adults and teens, unless the class description states otherwise.

Can I bring a friend who didn’t sign up?

Because space and supplies are limited, all participants must register in advance. Check ahead for any special requests. We cannot promise any add-ons  but we may have kits or other options available on a class-by-class available.

Can I bring snacks or drinks?

Yes! Feel free to bring a beverage or light snack while you craft. Please help us keep the space clean. We have a very limited kitchen.

Do you sell supplies used in the class?

Yes! Many of the tools and materials used in class are available for purchase in the Craftinest shop.

Do you offer private classes or group workshops?

Yes! Craftinest offers private workshops, parties, and group events. Contact us for details.

Craftinest may take photos or videos during workshops for social media and promotional use. Please notify us in advance of any special requests.
