“Return on Investment” goes well beyond cash profitability. The structure of the business model, marketing campaigns, and key choices in your business plan all influence the results you will get in return. The investment of time, effort and money will result in the creation of value for the world. ROI is a measure of how much value you created and how much that value is worth to you and the world around you. We will go through the flow of an “impact-oriented” understanding of vision, mission goals, setting the right metrics, impact measurement, and SROI, your Sustainable Return on Investment.

You will walk away with an impact matrix and a set of priorities that guide yoru business choices, for you company and for yourself as well.

No, we can help you come up with one. This session is particularly helpful for that. If you already have one, then we will help you refine it as well.

I already have a business, how will this help?

Our workshops are designed to make better entrepreneurs so whether you are starting from scratch or have already gone to market, our sessions will help you to build, refine and/or improve on what you already have.
