"I have an idea but I don't know what to do with it." We hear this all the time and our response is always the same, 'you need a plan.' Building off of session 2 where we help you identify the business value you want to create, this session will begin the process of converting that value into a Business Model.
A business model is the heart of any company. It identifies how business value is converted into revenue streams and what you need to do in order to provide it to customers. In this session, participants will learn how to convert their ideas into a business structure that can be feasible and profitable. In essense, you will learn how to convert your business idea into an actual company.
Through a simple exercise participants will come away with a basic understanding of what their businesses may look like, setting the foundation for implementation. You will map out the “backend” of your business, the operational requirements for running your business and in doing so, map out all the decision-points you will need to make moving forward. You will also be able to work through your ROI, SROI, and how you plan to measure impact as well as have key conversations on seasonality and consumer behavior that would influence your plans.
