Students First Summit
This Summit calls nonpublic school supporters to continue to protect, defend, and advance Students First legislation passed in 2023.
The Iowa Association of Christian Schools (IACS), the Iowa Alliance for Choice in Education (Iowa ACE), the Iowa Catholic Conference (ICC), Hispanics Aligned for Choice in Education Reform (HACER), and the Center for Advancement of Christian Education (CACE) invite you to attend this year's conference in West Des Moines, Iowa.
This year’s summit will focus on equipping people to defend the ESA program, with each school sending its school leaders, board president/board members, and parent representatives to receive specific training to best equip them for their roles. It is ideal for each school to send at least one school leader, their board president/board members, and at least one parent representative, as sessions will be focused on these important roles. Schools are encouraged to send multiple parents, board members, and school leaders. Let's work together to become best equipped to protect, defend, and advance ESAs! Several tools, concrete actions, and resources will be provided to best equip school teams to educate and equip others at their schools.
This event is presented by EdChoice and sponsored by the Herzog Foundation, Americans for Prosperity Iowa (AFP), and Odyssey.
Register by March 15 to have the chance to win tickets to the Nate Bargatze show, held in Des Moines the first night of the event!
