Active Minds UCF

Open to all students on campus, this Student Wellbeing Panel event will feature panelists representing various wellness services on campus.

Get to meet representatives from UCF CARES, CAPS, WHPS, and SHS as well as the Director of the Counseling and Wellness Services at the UCF College of Medicine (Lake Nona), Dr. Katherine Daly. This event will be one-hour:<ol><li>15-Minute Introductory Presentation</li><li>40-Minute Q&amp;A</li><li>5-Minute Announcements from Active Minds</li></ol>Only open to those who RSVP (and thus, will be able to attend through Zoom), stay till the very end to be entered into a special raffle. Items that will be raffled include:<ol><li>Float Therapy and Sauna Session - Sponsored by the Retreat East</li><li>Special Active-Minds Care Box - Sponsored by Yellow Project</li><li>Special T-Shirt - Sponsored by CopeNotes</li></ol>Those who are not able to attend the session live can watch via Youtube, and will have other chances to participate in the raffle.
