Do emotions sometimes muddle the issues at hand? Join Carol Pinkham Oak and Erika Meyer as they share a conversational model that promotes clarity and understanding and leads to improved collaboration and strengthened connections.</h3><h3>The Rev. Carol Pinkham Oak has more than 20 years of research on mentoring priests in her ministry profile. As the Program Director of the Lilly Endowment-funded <a href="https://thrivinginministry.church/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Thriving in Ministry</a> program at VTS, she teaches a framework for conversation that deepens and supports relationships among partners in ministry.</h3>
