 Have you ever wanted to give constructive feedback to a co-worker, but was unsure on how to deliver it? This learning session will introduce the audience to a structured method to provide either positive or constructive feedback. We will spend most of our time focusing on constructive feedback since it is the most difficult and uncomfortable to provide. The session will be structured around the adult learning model (Learn-Apply-Reflect) where the participants will first Learn the concepts and tool, then Apply the tool in breakout sessions, and then finally Reflect on the usage of the tool.
 Mr. Randy Simons works for PNM as the Director of Generation Services responsible for Fuels, Water, Regulatory Matters, Technical Training, and Operational Excellence. Prior to taking this role, he was the PNM’s Director of Management Systems responsible for the enterprise wide continuous improvement initiative. Mr. Simons is a Honeywell Lean Expert, a Motorola 6 Sigma Black Belt, and currently teaches Lean at the University of New Mexico’s Executive and Professional Education Center.
