Boundaries are essential. Children need them, want them, and are compelled to test them. Setting boundaries with children is not natural for most of us – but it’s a skill that can be developed.
In our Boundaries Practice for dads and babies (6 months - standing), we explore how to set and maintain clear and respectful boundaries that facilitate freedom and build trust. As infants explore freely, caregivers will get practice stating choices as facts, observing, and responding.
As always, sessions will also be responsive to each child’s experience and initiative, as caregivers develop a calm, mindful parenting practice that supports lifelong confidence, curiosity, and resilience.
