Stronghold Data is excited to announce our second lunch & learn in 2024. These lunch & learns are opportunities to learn about a variety of topics from experts in those fields.

Lunch will be provided. Doors will open at 11:30, and attendees can grab a boxed lunch. The presentation will be from 12-1 PM. Q&A, tours, and networking will be available from 1-1:30.

Karen Shannon is Vice President of Business Consulting/CHRO for Ollis/Akers/Arney. Karen has served in senior leadership positions in banking and human resources for over 30 years. She and her team provided HR services to 5,000 employees across the US, United Kingdom, India, and Mexico. Today, she collaborates with world-wide clients on key business and HR strategies which have resulted in cost savings of over $7 million.

Karen received her MBA and BA in Business Administration and Economics from Drury University. She is a graduate of Leadership Missouri and has served on the Board of Trustees for Banker Education for the Missouri Bankers Association. She and her team were recognized by HR Director Magazine as Innovative HR Team in 2022 and 2023. Karen was recognized by the Springfield Business Journal in its inaugural class of the Most Influential Women in Business and recognized in 2023 as a Trusted Advisor.
