<h2>Stronger Together: Group Training - 6 Weeks</h2> April 24 – May 29, 2026Join us for a 6-week small group training program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent with your workouts in a supportive and motivating environment.This program combines strength training, conditioning, and accountability, with two coaches guiding every class. Our team-teaching approach allows for more personalized guidance, encouragement, and attention to form while maintaining the fun and energy of a group setting.Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, all fitness levels are welcome and exercises can be modified as needed.<h2>Class Schedule</h2>FridaysTotal Body Strength 5:00 PM – 5:55 PM A full-body workout focused on building strength and muscular endurance using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.SaturdaysBooty Builder 8:00 AM – 8:55 AM A lower-body focused class designed to strengthen and develop the glutes, hamstrings, and legs.Sculpt &amp; Sweat 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM A high-energy workout combining strength and conditioning to improve endurance and overall fitness.<h2>Program Location</h2>Urbanfit Studio 2825 Lauzon Pkwy Unit 204<h2>Program Packages (6-Week Commitment)</h2>Choose the training frequency that works best for your schedule:1 Class Per Week $150 total ($25/week)2 Classes Per Week $210 total ($35/week)3 Classes Per Week – Best Value $270 total ($45/week)**Your ticket includes the full 6-week program.Drop-Ins: You can pay for individual classes for $30/class. There is a separate Eventbrite listing for that OR you can contact us directly to register!<h2>What to Expect</h2>• Coach-led workouts each session • Progressive training over the 6 weeks • A supportive and encouraging group environment • Accountability to help you stay consistent • Exercises that can be adjusted for all fitness levelsEquipment used includes dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight training.Class size is limited to 20 participants to ensure a quality coaching experience.<h2>Meet Your Coaches</h2>Jessica Sove – Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA Certified) Jessica focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, helping participants build stamina while developing strength.Cassie Aghar – Personal Trainer &amp; Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA Certified) Specializing in corrective exercise, exercise therapy, performance enhancement, and strength &amp; conditioning, Cassie brings a strong focus on movement quality and performance.Together, we’ve created this program to provide structured workouts, progression, and a motivating community to help you stay consistent and see results over the 6 weeks.
