Stronger Together: Group Training - 6 Weeks
April 24 – May 29, 2026
Join us for a 6-week small group training program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent with your workouts in a supportive and motivating environment.
This program combines strength training, conditioning, and accountability, with two coaches guiding every class. Our team-teaching approach allows for more personalized guidance, encouragement, and attention to form while maintaining the fun and energy of a group setting.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, all fitness levels are welcome and exercises can be modified as needed.

Fridays
Total Body Strength
5:00 PM – 5:55 PM
A full-body workout focused on building strength and muscular endurance using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.
Saturdays
Booty Builder
8:00 AM – 8:55 AM
A lower-body focused class designed to strengthen and develop the glutes, hamstrings, and legs.
Sculpt & Sweat
9:00 AM – 9:45 AM
A high-energy workout combining strength and conditioning to improve endurance and overall fitness.

$150 total ($25/week)
2 Classes Per Week

Drop-Ins: You can pay for individual classes for $30/class. There is a separate Eventbrite listing for that OR you can contact us directly to register!
What to Expect

Jessica Sove – Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA Certified)
Jessica focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, helping participants build stamina while developing strength.
Cassie Aghar – Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA Certified)
Specializing in corrective exercise, exercise therapy, performance enhancement, and strength & conditioning, Cassie brings a strong focus on movement quality and performance.
Together, we’ve created this program to provide structured workouts, progression, and a motivating community to help you stay consistent and see results over the 6 weeks.
