Strong Mind 5K
Get ready to challenge yourself mentally and physically at the Strong Mind 5K, where determination and strength will be your best companions
📢 Important Update: The inaugural Strong Mind 5K has been rescheduled to Sunday, October 4th. All current registrations will remain valid for the new event date. Additional information regarding participant engagement opportunities on June 6th will be shared soon.
The Strong Mind 5K is a community run and walk dedicated to promoting mental wellness in athletics and raising awareness for the importance of mental health in sports and everyday life. Hosted by the National Association for Athletes’ Mental Health (NAAMH), this event brings together athletes, families, students, and supporters to celebrate resilience, strength, and the connection between mind and body.
More than a race, the Strong Mind 5K is a movement to reduce stigma, spark conversation, and provide vital resources for athletes facing mental health challenges. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to run, walk, or cheer as we build a supportive community committed to well-being, performance, and balance.
Proceeds from the event directly support NAAMH programs, education, and outreach initiatives that empower athletes to prioritize mental health, access support, and thrive both on and off the field.
Together, we run for stronger minds, healthier athletes, and a more resilient community. We look forward to connecting with you on October 4th as we continue advancing mental health awareness and support for athletes everywhere.
