Meet Angeline Calderone, your coach for the day!
"I am a former Engineer and now Health and Wellness Coach,
alongside as a signed Fitness and Lifestyle model. When I left my corporate job to embark on
an entrepreneurial journey, it was a challenging and scary time for me. I worked very hard to
achieve my Engineering BS degree and got a full time job less than a year after graduating. I
moved out from home and I was a working adult! The dream. Something, however, felt like it
was missing. I have always been passionate about health and wellness, and that was what
ultimately got me out of some really dark times in my life. Depression. Negative self talk. Lack of
confidence. Not feeling comfortable in my own skin. Not feeling capable or able to accomplish
the things that I wanted. Letting and allowing things to weigh me down. Believe it or not, fitness
helped me with all of these areas of my life. I became so passionate about it that I decided to
leave my “secure” job and to pursue something from square one. It has had its ups and downs,
but it has overall been very purposeful because I would have never made the accomplishments
that I have made today if I did not make that choice.
I actually was booked with PAINKLLR through the beginning stages of leaving my corporate job
and really letting myself dive deep into modeling and personal training. And I wouldn’t be here
today leading this workout with them if I did not make this move. I have also had the pleasure to
work with many other well known brands such as Nike, Adidas, Footlocker, Dicks Sporting
Goods, Fabletics, Garmin, Asics, Lululemon, and more. Alongside modeling, I have been able
to help and change so many lives as a personal trainer. As a trainer, it is the most rewarding
feeling to see your lifestyle change in a healthier aspect and for you to become more confident
and AWARE of how to properly take care of yourself and your health. With this knowledge
gained, you are able to navigate through life with a much more clear mind. My goal is to help
those that are struggling, and those that just need a little push, to gain this realization and see
that life is your playground and you are able to accomplish anything you want. You are capable
and able. You are enough! Change your mindset, so you can change your life."
