If I can't come to both sessions, will there be another opportunity to go to the workshop in future?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will continue to host Strong Core Mama workshops twice a year, so next fall there will be the same workshop sessions again.

Question 3

If I am only doing the postpartum & beyond session, when should I arrive?

Check-in for the postpartum & beyond session will be at 12:45pm, 15 minutes before the workshop begins.

Question 4

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Bring a mat to lay on the floor and do exercises. If you don't have a mat then bring a beach towel or blanket. Also, make sure you wear clothes that feel comfortable to move in!

Question 5

Where can I store my purse and belongings during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

There is minimal space for extra belongings in the room. We will provide a coat rack for large jackets, bags or other items, in the hallway. We recommend just bringing yourself, a mat and a water bottle- you won't need much else!
