StrongBodies is a fun, supportive, and research-backed program designed to help adults improve strength, balance, and flexibility — all key to preventing injuries and staying independent. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, this 12-week program will help you feel healthier, more capable, and ready for life’s adventures.Program Details:<ul><li>Dates: September 22 – December 18 (No classes during Thanksgiving week)</li><li>Days: Mondays &amp; Wednesdays</li><li>Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (we will start promptly at 8 am)</li><li>Location: Carbon County Event Center Classroom</li><li>Ages: Adults 18+</li><li>Registration Deadline: September 4</li></ul>What You’ll Get:<ul><li>12 weeks of:</li><li><ul><li>Progressive resistance training</li><li>Balance exercises</li><li>Flexibility work</li></ul></li><li>All equipment provided (dumbbells, ankle weights, floor mat) — or bring your own</li><li>A program tailored for all abilities — progress at your own pace with encouragement every step of the way</li><li>Tracking sheet to celebrate your progress</li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Optional informational session before the program begins — details emailed after registration (Can’t attend?
