Come and join us for a stroll along the Kingston foreshore!

Strolling for resilience is a new branch of the 'Running 4 Resilience' community. Strolling for resilience meets every Thursday at 10:30am at the Arc de Resilience on the Kingston foreshore. Strolling for resilience has been developed for young families with walks designed to:

  • Connect Mums and Dads with other families
  • Support improved fitness
  • Build friendships and community

Anyone can join, you dont need to be a parent. For parents bringing children, the walks are suitable for prams. You can run or walk and choose your distance - from 3km to 6km!

If you would like to join us, we’ll grab a coffee from one of the foreshore cafes at the end of the stroll and then have the option to play with the kids in Norgrove Park on the Foreshore.
