Join Cecil Pride for Strollin’ with Pride — a relaxed community walk to the beautiful and historic Turkey Point Lighthouse in Elk Neck State Park!

This gathering is all about enjoying nature, connecting with community, and taking in one of the most scenic views overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Whether you come to socialize, enjoy the fresh air, or simply experience the lighthouse, all are welcome.

What to expect:
• A scenic community stroll through Elk Neck State Park
• Approximately a half-mile walk to the lighthouse
• Opportunities to connect and socialize in a relaxed, welcoming environment
• Access to the historic Turkey Point Lighthouse, which will be open to the public with chance to climb to the top of the lighthouse for breathtaking views of the Chesapeake Bay
• The Gift Shop will be open

Accessibility Information:
We want this event to be as welcoming and accessible as possible. If you have accessibility or mobility needs, we are coordinating with park rangers to allow 1–2 vehicles to drive closer to the lighthouse area when possible.
