Stroll and roll with Basically Wonderful at Green Springs Park on Saturday, Aprill 11 from 5pm to 7pm! Join us for a relaxing evening amongst nature and good company as we explore the springs & picnic at the park together.

Meet us at the pavillion closest to the parking lot at 5PM! We may begin exploring the park after 5:15PM. Please RSVP so we know to expect & wait for you. DM us on Instagram if you arrive later and need help locating the group, and we'll let you know where to meet us!

About Green Springs Park: Green Springs Park covers 31 acres of pristine nature and has one of Florida’s few green sulfur springs. Visitors can enjoy paved and natural trails, scenic overlooks, a playground and picnic pavilions. A note that swimming is not permitted.

We will be staying on the paved paths during our time together, and will aim to take our time to allow for resting and plenty of nature-gazing. There are benches placed along the path, plus pavillions and picnicking spots throughout the park. There is about a mile of paved walkways and trails throughout the park, but the exact length of our journey will be determined together based on the capacity of the folks who attend. We will plan to stop and picnic with drinks and snacks about halfway through our meetup.

There is free parking on site. There is a restroom located at the picnic area near the trailhead.

Stroll & Roll is an access-centered outdoor club for Central Florida Queers, hosted by @basically1derful and facilitated by nature-lovers Mikey (they/them) and Beck (they/them). All LGBTQIA+ folks and allies are welcome to join us for our outdoor excursions!
