This event will feature free health screenings including stroke risk assessments, blood pressure checks, cholesterol and diabetes checks and heart rhythm screening.

Additionally this lively event will feature a Mega Brain learning activity, music, food, children's activities and more.

This is an outdoor festival style event.  Please dress appropriately for weather.

There are several opportunities to participate in dance as exercise. Wear your comfortable clothing and tennis shoes!
