A place where stroke survivor, caregiver, family and friends can come together to share information, ideas and experience. A free and no judgemental space where they can come together. Other topics of discussion include the important of sleep, diet and exercise are important in maintaining overall health. Healthy recipes along with resource materials will be provide. Free blood pressure checks are available to the public.
