The Retail Alliance, formerly known as the Retail Merchants Association of Tidewater, is a non-profit trade association serving the interests of local retailers in greater Hampton Roads. We promote and support the healthy growth of retail businesses and trade through education, advocacy and member benefits.

We'll explain in detail the purpose and differences of several key marketing platforms: Facebook Business, Creator Studio, and FB/Instagram.

Have you ever wondered why Facebook seems to have so many programs and pages that appear to do the same thing? You have a Facebook page for your business, right? So why is there a Facebook Business page too? While we're at it, what's up with Creator Studio?Worry not! Kaycee McCoy, a digital marketing pro and owner of Create/Captivate Digital Marketing, is here to help. She will go over what each of these programs does, how to set them up and use them, and why you would want to.
