Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to a leisurely walk afterKaren Thompson, Love Your Brain Yoga Instructor, takes about10 minutes to discuss the benefits of mindfulness and shows us how to practice mindful walking. It's a great opportunity to clear your mind, connect with your body, and meet like-minded individuals while building relationships in the brain injury community.Don't forget to invite survivors, caregivers, family, friends, and individuals who work in the brain injury community to join you on this refreshing experience.
