About this event

You are going to feel amazing after this online stretching class. Fix your tight muscles and tight joints, pain and injury with the most effective stretching method.

Our stretching methodology is more effective than the static stretching you are currently doing.

Our active stretching program was created by top Doctors of Physical Therapy and is backed by research.

This class focuses on active stretching and muscle activation exercises, not static stretching.

Static stretching has been shown to increase injury risk and decrease performance. The most common mistake that we see people making is focusing on static stretching. This is why we focus on active stretching.

For all ages and all levels.

Equipment: All you need is a foam roller, but if you don't have one, no worries, you can skip this part of the class.
