Do I need to have yoga experience?

Not at all! The class is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.

What type of yoga will we be doing?

Accepted Answer

The instructor will guide participants through a combination of Vinyasa-style movement and longer Yin/Yin-inspired postural holds, with options for different ability and mobility levels.

Question 3

What if I’m not very flexible?

Accepted Answer

That’s perfectly fine—and one of the reasons to come! You do not need to be flexible to participate.  Modifications will be provided so you can work within your own comfortable range of motion.
