Take a moment to pause, release, and reconnect with your body.

In honor of Stress Awareness Month, this Stretch Sunday experience is designed to help you gently unwind from the physical and mental tension we carry day to day. Whether you’ve been feeling tight, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset, this class offers space to slow down and care for your body.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute guided stretch session focused on relieving tension in the hips, low back, shoulders, and neck. Breathwork will be woven throughout to support relaxation, improve mobility, and help your body fully release stress.

This experience is beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels.

After class, you’re invited to stay for a donation-based sound bath to deepen your rest and support full-body relaxation.
