No experience is necessary. This offering is gentle, accessible, and designed to meet you where you are.

What should I bring?

Please bring a foam roller (if you have one), along with a blanket, eye mask, and pillow for comfort. We have a limited number of foam rollers available at the studio.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch, move easily, and relax. Layers are recommended.

Is this a workout?

No. This is not a workout or fitness class. The stretching and foam rolling are slow, intentional, and focused on release and preparation for rest.

What happens during the sound bath?

You’ll rest comfortably while being guided through a restorative sound journey using layered sound, vibration, and live voice. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm and clarity.
