Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilising a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sens and curiosity.What is sound healing?Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound and music to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This ancient practice, found in various cultures around the world, employs different tools such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks to produce healing sounds and vibrations.
