Fascia is a thin layer of tissue that wraps around every muscle in the body. The lymphatic network, and our neural network are located within our fascia. When our fascia surrounding the tissues tightens and thickens, it lead to myofascial pain, chronic tension, arthritis in the joints. A weekly massage is essential for targeting fascia and restoring the tissues to their normal state of fluidity and mobility.
