Feeling tight in your body? Come Flow with me!

I'm Flo & I am a self taught yogi and stretch enthusiast. I'm hosting this event to give others the space and opputunity to learn new stretches & meet new people. My goal is to help you tap into a lifestyle that is more balanced and flexible. Extending the effect for the mind, body and soul. Whether you're new to stretching or already have a routine worked out, everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. Your body will thank you for it!

All you will need is a MAT/BLANKET, water & a smile :)

We will begin our stretch session with gentle streaches. As we progress & open up, we will get into deeper stretches. All levels welcome! No matter how flexible you are, you could always use some sun and a stretch :)

Frequently asked questions

Since we will be outdoors, can I bring my fur baby?

While I love animals, there are many who are uncomfortable around them. Unless your pet is well behaved WITH INSTANT recall, please leave them at home. Leash is mandatory for all public parks.

Will there be any stretching materials provided?

My goal is to provide a set time and place for us to come together, enjoy the sun and move our bodies. To make that possible, this is a free event which means that everything is BYO (Bring Your Own). This includes but is not limited to; Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, beverages/snacks.

Can I bring my kids?

They are more than welcome to join! They can stretch with us to help encourage healthy habits or play on the play ground at the park.
