Do you accept drop ins?

Yes! We do accept drop ins and can take payments at the door , so feel free to bring a friend!

You can wear anything that will allow for ease of movement, jeans are not recommended.

Anything else I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you do not want to be on the bare floor. You can also bring a sweat towel if preferred.

Parking is free and on a surface lot connected to the building.
