<p>Allow our fearless CEO, Virginia, to guide you through getting into your body and feeling amazing. Join her for 1 or all 4 in this series being offered at the brewery every second Sunday of the months June-September. Each class includes playful instruction, an 8oz beer or coffee of your choice after class, as well as your favorite 4- or 6-pack of Second Chance Beer to take home and enjoy later. For you yogis, these classes will be yin-style, with added emphasis on mindfulness and gratitude. No experience necessary - true to Second Chance values, all are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch, and come with an open mind and heart. Space is limited. $40/per class or buy all 4 in the series for $120 ($40 discount).</p><p></p>
