Stretch Class for Runners
This session will help you loosen tight hips and hamstrings, improve mobility, and support your recovery. All levels welcomed!
As the weather gets nicer and training ramps up, your body needs support just as much as your mileage does.
This runner focused stretch class is designed to help you:
• Improve mobility in hips, hamstrings, calves, and ankles
• Reduce stiffness and tightness from increasing mileage
• Support recovery between runs
• Decrease risk of common running injuries
• Move with better form and efficiency
You do not need to be marathon training to benefit. This class is perfect for:
• Marathon and half marathon runners
• 5K and 10K runners
• Seasonal runners getting back outside
• Anyone who enjoys walking, jogging, or staying active
Expect a guided, intentional stretch session focused on areas runners use most. We will combine mobility work, controlled stretching, and breath work to help your body feel more open and supported.
