A Sound Bath is an immersive listening experience where you are bathing in sounds that nurture an individual's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Most often people lay down during the event. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and small pillow. Anything that will allow you to fully relax. (I like to have a pillow for underneath my knees.)
