Who is the Yoga Instructor?

Sho Balkian (IG: @shobeam) Formerly in the corporate space, Sho creates incredible connections with retreat participants in executive roles. She eliminates the intimidation of learning and applying a new modality by making the practice of yoga highly approachable and meeting you where you are.

Who is the Chef?

Adam Fallen (@fallenfrequencycoach) From chefing to health coaching to music therapy, Adam will be sure to support you fully during your retreat experience. His farm-to-table, nose-to-tail approach to cooking creates incredibly nourishing meals and a warm and satisfying experience every time!

The Stress Mastery Questionnaire(SMQ) was created through extensive research using standard test development methodology by Dr. James C. Petersen, a noted stress psychologist, author, speaker & expert on individual and corporate stress mastery programs and interventions (visit - stressmaster.com).

What if I don't want to participate in group activities?

No worries! All stress-reducing activities like breathwork, yoga, sound therapy, and bodywork are completely optional. You are welcome to take advantage of the healing modalities available on the property, journal by the fire pit, take a walk or just nap!

I'm not into woo woo stuff. Will I regret this?

We doubt it! This immersive experience is designed to support you with expertly designed coursework along with curated experiences to calm your body and mind, enjoy nourishing foods, and connect with a small group of people (4-8). You have ample time to decompress solo style if that's your jam.
