About this event

You’ll learn coping skills and practical wellness tips as well as lactation support from a certified lactation consultant. You will receive resources and referrals should you need further support. Primary facilitator is an associate professional clinical counselor.

Join for education and discussion on:

  • Mitigating the stress and anxiety around breastfeeding
  • Healthy social media consumption
  • Sleep, exercise, and nutrition
  • Setting and maintaining boundaries
  • Heading back to work and finding balance

Who: Mothers/parents who are partially or exclusively breastfeeding/lactating/pumping/chest-feeding. Open to anyone in the US.

What: Four-week series

Where: Online (link provided at registration)

When: Mondays 5:30 – 6:30 PM; 30 min discussion and 30 min Q&A with certified lactation consultant

Cost: $40 for 4 weekly sessions each month

A minimum of 3 registrants are required for the group to be facilitated. Barbara Thomas will email you after you register to let you know how and when to login to the group (when we have logged 3 registrations).
