    Culturally focused clinical mental health therapy provided by BIPOC clinicians. Trauma informed care. In person and remote services provided. Our goal is to be a force in eliminating the stigma around seeking mental health treatment in the black community and other communities of color by increasing representation and access to mental health providers of color and utilizing clinical strategies that are effective for BIPOC.

    This Month’s Caterer- Tonys Diner


    Simple cafeteria-style diner dishing up basic American fare, including breakfast, with sports on TV.

    Tony Nicklow comes from a restaurant family that has had dozens of restaurants over 40 years in the Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. He knows what it means to care of his customers and treat them as family.

    Tony's Diner has been around for over two decades serving the Dinkytown community and Tony has been an active member of the University of Minnesota community. He caters for all of the U of M sports teams, and goes to the games as often as his schedule allows.
