Let us connect by moving together via Zoom from the comfort of your home for 1-hr in Strength + Surrender, all you need is a mat. 

Your fitness studio closed? Or you&#x27;re not comfortable working out in-studio? I can help you!Join me each Wednesday 6PM EST for Strength + Surrender from your home to my studio live on Zoom. A unique link will be emailed out 1-hr before class starts. One link can be used per household. If life gets in the way of fun or you live in a different time zone, a class recording will be emailed to all participants to enjoy at your own time.What is Strength + Surrender? A 60-min workout to bring more stamina, strength, and balance allowing you to reconnect back to self. Class starts with a 7-min yoga warmup, followed by 38-min body resistance training, and ends with a mindful stretch.Equipment Needed:<ul><li>mat</li><li>2 dumbbells (if you have them)</li></ul>
