In honor of Men's Health Awareness Month, join this transformative group fitness class at The Gym designed specifically for men seeking to enhance their mental and physical health through community and communication.

This session combines a dynamic group workout with a meaningful discussion on mental health challenges, particularly focusing on issues prevalent among men. Participants will engage in exercises that promote strength and endurance, followed by a guided meditation to foster mindfulness and stress relief.

The class provides a supportive environment where men can openly share experiences and strategies for managing mental illness, empowering them to achieve greater wellbeing together. We will joke, laugh, promote vulnerability, and leave empowered.


This class will be lead by two trainers, Brandon Johnson & Seneca Williams.
