About this event

This 1hr class you'll learn the proper mechanics when it comes to building strength and weightlifting. Alongside working on enhancing your cardiovascular system. Be apart of a close knit group of females who will challenge you to reach your fitness goals.

Tuesdays target muscle: BACK

Thursdays target muscle: GLUTES
