The Strawberry Full Moon is more than just a beautiful sight in the backdrop of the dark, black sky. It marks the first Full Moon of the Summer Season celebrating life, fertility and abundance and its energy signifies a time of change and new potential allowing room for fruitful self-growth. June's celestial event has long been associated with mystery, spirituality and purging rituals across all ancient cultures. The light and the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon illuminates the darkness within us that is interfering with our spiritual advancements. When the moon is at its full bloom-at its highest potential, its watery powerful energy encourages us to dive into our emotional depths and to shed light on old beliefs and things that are not currently serving us anymore. A potent time for self-reflection, self-care, releasing and letting go...creating more room for abundance, prosperity and personal growth.
WHAT TO EXPECT......
Join us for a beautiful, ceremonial Full Moon Ritual harnessing the spiritual and powerful energies of the Strawberry Full Moon. Gathering like-minded individuals in a safe, sacred space to tap into this transformative and cosmic rhythm of the Universe. We will incorporate various rituals such as balancing/cleansing breathwork, purifying kriyas, journaling prompts/exercises and a reflective guided meditation. These techniques will allow us to gain clarity and introspection for self-growth and improvement, release any stuck emotions and/or negative energy that is currently holding us back and align ourselves with the frequencies of the Universe expanding our Spirituality.
** Feel free to bring your personal journal (writing paper will also be provided for you) and something sentimental to place on the altar if you desire. Dress comfortably as we will be sitting on the floor (blankets and pillows are available to use). Please arrive 10-15 mins early to check in and get settled, as we will begin promptly at 6pm. No refunds will be issued for this event, however a credit can be applied towards a future Soulful Sunday event hosted by Lesley & Liz **
