About the presenters:

Dr. Melissa Wellner is a double board certified adult psychiatrist and child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has extensive experience doing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients ages 3 and up. She strives to provide evidenced based, comprehensive and personalized care to all of her patients.

Samantha Straub a licensed clinical professional counselor who treats adolescents and their parents and the owner of Teen Savvy Coaching, where she provides individual and group coaching for parents of teens and tweens. She is also a veteran educator, having spent her early years as a classroom teacher and administrator, followed by 18 years as a school counselor for middle and high school students. She has created and implemented numerous programs for teens on a wide range of issues that include leadership training, conflict resolution, anxiety/stress management, study habits, healthy relationships, responsible use of technology, drug and alcohol prevention, and sexuality education She has spent her entire 26-year career championing teenagers and supporting their adults to create healthy, positive environments where teens can thrive.
