Strategic Planning Training for Bronx-Based Community Partners

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department) Bureau of Bronx Neighborhood Health is offering a training series for Bronx-based community partners to build capacity to address health concerns in our borough. Partners are invited to attend as many trainings as they want. The number of attendees for each training is limited, so register as soon as possible.
During this training, partners will learn:
- Key components of a strategic plan
- How to set impact goals
- How to identify and track benchmarks
To participate in this training, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Work or volunteer with an organization in the Bronx
- Work or volunteer with an organization that assists Bronx residents
Event Sponsor:
Bronx Neighborhood Health: Hosting a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of East Tremont residents. Our clinical partners also offer primary health services. The Action Center is part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
