Stop The Bleed - Bleeding Control Basic Course - Training for the General Public

Uncontrolled bleeding is the number one cause of preventable death from trauma.
Join the dedicated law enforcement, trauma and medical professionals from the Houston area as they join together during National Stop the Bleed Month to teach you how to stop uncontrollable bleeding.  
Classes will be held throughout the community on SATURDAY MAY 18, 2019.
The focus of the program is on:

<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">The immediate response to bleeding</LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Recognize life-threatening bleeding</LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Appropriate ways to stop the bleeding</LI>
</UL>
Class size is limited and RSVP ticket is required for entry. This class is designed for adults and will be an interactive 2 hour course.

Is there a minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The class is designed for adults, as graphic images may be seen during presentation. 
 
Can I update my registration information?
Yes you can update your information, up to 24 hours before the course. 
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please designated each ticket with an individual's name, this will be helpful for course certificates.
