Retreat Host: LaShaundra McCarty, owner of 3C: Creative Communications & Consulting Best described as a “Citizen of the World” whether home or abroad, she aims to positively impact the lives of those see encounters. In response to fruitless job-hunting during the height of the recession, LaShaundra stopped asking for a job and created her own through 3C: Creative Communications. Since 2009, she has worked with ministries, nonprofits, entrepreneurs and companies, lifting their “light bulb” moments to facilitate growth. Watching leaders learn how to cultivate healthy relationships with their team or witnessing the intersection between business vision and lived reality are moments LaShaundra revels. Her educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary, Master of Arts in Digital Media Production from Emerson College and Bachelor of Arts in Radio & Television Production from the University of Central Florida. LaShaundra’s supplemental certifications are John Maxwell Team Speaker, Coach & Trainer and Social Media Marketing from Hootsuite. She is also an authorized partner of 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC. 
She has received the DeRose-Hinkhouse Award of Religious Communicators and the 2018 One Coast Top 10 Under 40 Award. LaShaundra is also a 2018 finalist for the Lighthouse Business & Professional Women’s Woman of Achievement Award. LaShaundra has had the privilege of presenting at the Public Media Broadcasters Association, National Benevolent Association, National Convocation, the Success Women's Conference, Gulf Coast Human Resources Symposium and is a featured speaker of Cheryl Wood's A Woman's Narrative in Paris.

As a 20 year award winning radio personality, Egypt has been syndicated in more than 60 cities throughout the USA. 
Priscilla Q. Williams, RN - Author, Speaker, Certified life coach, and Global nurse educator. She is a certified oncology nurse with a specialty in chemotherapy administration. Her background nursing experience includes top companies like Northwestern University Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center, Walgreens Corporation, Abbvie Pharmaceuticals, and Mayo- Clinic. Priscilla is the founder of Priscilla Q. Williams, Inc. (www.priscillaqwilliams.com) an organization that provides education, wellness, and women's empowerment both locally and internationally. 
Priscilla has presented on large International business platforms including George Fraser’s PNC Conference, The Black Women Expo, The Boss Network Ladies That Lead Tour, Howard University-Washington D.C., The Overflow Retreat in San Juan Puerto Rico, The Essence Festival and Dimensioned Wellness Business Retreat in Dubai.
