Stop Ghosting Your Needs

Stop Ghosting Your Needs

Overview

Real-Life Ways to Reconnect with Yourself

Life gets busy and between the 1,000 things on your to do list and just being human in the world today, it's easy to lose touch with the person living inside your own body. Most of us don't ignore our needs on purpose—we just get really good at postponing them.

In this interactive workshop, we blend facilitated conversation and reflection with mindfulness activities. We'll explore why it's so hard to notice what we need in the first place and the many different types of needs that exist. More importantly, you'll leave feeling more grounded and connected and walk away with practical tools to rebuild that connection without adding another overwhelming self-care routine to your life.

This isn't about becoming perfectly self-aware or always putting yourself first. It's about learning to notice yourself again—one small moment at a time.

You'll leave with:

  • A better understanding of the barriers to meeting your needs.
  • Easy check-in tools you can actually use.
  • A personalized "needs menu" to help you recognize what your mind and body are asking for.
  • More self-compassion and less guilt about taking care of yourself.
  • A little more ease, a little more clarity, and the comforting reminder that reconnecting with yourself doesn't have to be perfect to be meaningful.

Come for the conversation. Stay for the laughter, surprising insights, and moments that help you reconnect with yourself.
