Celebrate Earth Month and Stop Food Waste Day with Chef Jon and Registered Dietitian, Kelly Lawler, in a special Teaching Kitchen where you'll master the art of preparing local, sustainable fish alongside roasted broccoli and leeks. Learn techniques to utilize every part of the vegetable, reducing waste while creating delicious, eco-friendly meals that nourish both body and planet. Together, we can honor our commitment to sustainbiltiy in the kithen and make a positive impact on our environment, one dish at a time!
