Dear Stonecrest Tourism Community/Leaders,
I hope this message finds you well. As we gear up for Juneteenth and the upcoming summer holiday season, I wanted to extend an invitation to discuss collaborative activations and initiatives.
Following discussions with Christian, we believe that this meeting aligns seamlessly with the ongoing efforts of the Tourism ThinkTank. We're excited about the potential partnerships we can foster to elevate our collective impact.
The objectives for our meeting are as follows:
1. Identify and coordinate Juneteenth events hosted by each participant.
2. Explore opportunities for joint promotion and mutual support.
3. Share creative and social media resources to amplify our reach.
4. Brainstorm unique experiences that complement our respective offerings (e.g., guided tours from NBWSM and Privi to Flat Rock or Arabia Mountain attractions).
We've scheduled the meeting for Wednesday May 15 from 1:00 to 3:00. If you'd like to join us for lunch, we've arranged catering at the Pink Lion at 1:00 preceding the meeting. It'll be a great opportunity to fuel up before diving into our collaborative efforts.
