Weekly coding club for novices ages 13 and up interested in learning to code. We started off 2019 using Raspberry Pi's and are having a great time learning, collaborating and exploring this The floor is low and the ceiling is high with these incredible low cost, credit-card sized capable computers. We are wiring up LED's, buzzer's, buttons and using Scratch and Python to program the computers. We are looking for other individuals aged 10 and up who are interested in coding, robotics and computer science to join us in an informal environment as we discuss, explore and advocate for Coding and Computer Science Education.

Feel free to come meet us and observe for a session or so if you like, if you decide to commit to the club we will get you started with your own Raspberry Pi. Members will have the opportunity to share what they learn with others as we get opportunities to help with presentations and workshops in various locations.

Our meeting room is now located in the basement of the Community Resource Center, directly next door to the Father Ryan Arts Center. You can ask at the Library (inside the Father Ryan Arts Center).
